How do I place an order, or get a quote?

Please contact me via email to request a quote or place an order. When requesting a quote please include as much information as possible including:

• Date of event
• What you would like to order: Cake, Cookies, Cupcakes
• Quantity or size (please note the minimum orders for cookies and cupcakes)
• Any wording required, themes or colours.
• Feel free to send through any pictures you feel may be useful eg. invitations.

There is a small selection of cookie gift boxes available to purchase through the shop, please note these require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Seasonal launches will be available to pre-order via the shop, and will require non refundable payment in full. These offers will be in limited quantities based on first in best dressed. Mailing list subscribers will be offered first chance to order with 24hr pre release notification. If you would like to be on the list subscribe here and select the events you are interested in.

How much notice do you need?

It’s never too early to order. I typically book out up to a month in advance, and even more quickly during busy times like Christmas and Easter.

Where are you located?

Sugared Cookies and Cakes is located in Bardon, Brisbane. The address will be sent to you on confirmation of your order.

How long do cookies last?

All of our cookies come in heat sealed bags. They will last up to 4 weeks if unopened. Once cookie packaging is opened, consume within 24 – 48 hours to ensure freshness!

How should I store my cookies and cakes?

Cookies should be stored in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity (pantry) to avoid any deterioration to the designs, no refrigeration is required, as condensation may also affect the product. Cookies may be frozen, please contact me if you would like to freeze your cookies so I can give you the correct method without ruining the cookies.

Cakes should be stored in the fridge until 1-1.5hrs before serving

Do you offer gluten free, nut free or dairy free options?

Unfortunately, I do not offer allergen free cookies at this time. I bake from my home kitchen where all of these ingredients are regularly used, and therefore cannot guarantee completely allergen-free cookies.

Is your kitchen registered? 

Yes, I am registered with the Brisbane City Council.

Do you deliver or do you ship your cookies?

Yes, I deliver locally. If you provide your address I can quote you on delivery.

I will post Australia wide via Express post for $30 up to 3 dozen. While I do ship cookies, I do not take any responsibility for what happens to them when they leave the premises, and no refunds or exchanges will be given if damage occurs.

When is payment due? Do you take deposits?

Orders made more than 2 weeks from event date will require a 25% deposit. With the balance due 7 days before collection.

Orders made within 2 weeks will require full payment at time of confirmation.

Orders cancelled within 7 days of collection will not be refunded.
