Terms & Conditions

  • No Refunds are applicable for Cancellations within 7 days of delivery/pick up date
  • Sugared cookies and cakes takes no responsibility for any damage caused to your cookies/cake once it is picked up
  • It is recommended that cakes are transported on a flat surface in your car, the floor is usually easier than a lap
  • It is your sole responsibility to handle and serve cake in the correct manner. This includes the refrigeration of the cake until 1-2 hours prior to eating and removal of all inedible decorations such as fresh flowers and cake toppers
  • All cakes may contain traces of nuts, dairy and gluten
